Our company Plazma Teknik was established in March 2024 by chemist Veysel Boz, turning a dream for many years into reality in order to meet all kinds of needs in the laboratory field and started to serve its customers.
We aimed to leverage the high customer satisfaction we have provided to date one step further, thanks to more than twenty years of field support experience we have gained, especially in Agilent ICP-MS instruments.
While embarking on this journey, we aimed to approach the search for solutions to problems from our customers’ perspective, to be open to collaborating with different channel partners when necessary, and to always adopt a customer satisfaction-oriented strategy.
